About Prepare the Ground Arts and Vendor Market

Prepare the Ground 2025 is thrilled to announce our first outdoor Art and Vendor market! A two day market steps away from all three of our venues, the Arts Market is an opportunity to offer unique items and art, showcase your work and offer unique wares which appeal to heavy music fans and alternative types.

Market Details:

  • Dates: Saturday, May 31 - Sunday, June 1, 2025

  • Time: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Vendor setup and teardown times will be communicated separately)

  • Location: Barbara Barrett Lane (Nearest major intersection: Bloor and Borden/Brunswick, between the Transac and Annex Hotel)

  • Weather: Rain or shine!

  • Accessibility: Fully accessible outdoor venue.

  • Amenities: Wi-Fi available. ATM located nearby at Mr. Mart, Circle K, 7-11, TD Trust.


Vendor Fees & Registration:

  • Fee: $150 for a two-day table space (Saturday & Sunday).

  • Application: Complete the full registration form: HERE

  • Payment: Payment is due within 5 days of application approval. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the table space will be offered to the next vendor on the waiting list. Payment methods accepted: payment to be made to ashley@preparetheground.com via e-transfer


Vendor Guidelines:

  • Table Size: 6ft rectangular tables.. Vendors are responsible for their own tables & chairs.

  • Setup/Teardown: Specific setup and teardown times will be communicated to vendors closer to the event date. Please adhere to these designated times.

  • Product Restrictions: Drugs, weapons, items of a racist/homophobic/sexist/generally gross ideological nature, food/beverage sales

  • Booth Presentation: Vendors are responsible for the presentation of their booths. Keep your space clean, organized, and visually appealing.

  • Liability: Vendors are responsible for their own belongings and are liable for any damage they cause.

  • Conduct: Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor towards other vendors, event staff, and attendees.

  • Space Assignment: Table locations will be assigned by event organizers. Requests for specific locations will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

  • Cancellation Policy: Payments are non-refundable.

  • All vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Vendors may be asked to remove prohibited items from their displays.
